You will join Ju Group's platform engineering team building sovereign-grade cloud environments for high-assurance programmes.
The role blends architecture, implementation, and operational ownership. You will work closely with delivery, cyber, and product teams to translate policy and reliability requirements into robust engineering standards.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain reusable cloud platform components, guardrails, and golden paths.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, policy enforcement, and runtime operations.
- Implement observability patterns for proactive incident detection and response.
- Contribute to platform roadmaps with clear trade-off analysis and delivery milestones.
- Support programme teams during onboarding, release planning, and reliability reviews.
Requirements
- Strong production experience with cloud infrastructure and infrastructure-as-code.
- Hands-on expertise in CI/CD, platform security controls, and operational tooling.
- Solid understanding of networking, identity, and secrets management.
- Ability to communicate technical decisions clearly to mixed technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience in regulated or public-sector delivery environments.
- Knowledge of zero-trust architecture and compliance-by-design workflows.
- Familiarity with incident command, SRE practices, and reliability engineering.
