- Coordinate roadmap execution with product, architecture, and engineering leaders.
- Ensure delivery metrics and quality gates are visible and actively managed.
- Support team effectiveness through clear priorities, unblockers, and stakeholder alignment.
Requirements
- Proven track record leading large digital programmes.
- Strong understanding of agile delivery and cross-functional operating models.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and structured problem solving.
- Experience working across distributed teams and external partners.
Nice to have
- Background in regulated industries or government programmes.
- Experience with transformation portfolios spanning data and platform modernisation.
- Certification in programme or agile delivery frameworks.
